Home sales are up 45.6% across Canada, with 61,308 units sold in September 2020 compared to 42,102 in September 2019.

New listings are up 16.6% across Canada, with 86,425 new listings added in September 2020 compared to 74,123 in September 2019.

The average price of homes sold across Canada in September 2020 was $604,211, up 17.5% from $514,156 In September 2019.
